Laughter, fun and playfulness are good for our health and wellbeing and especially important for those who find it difficult to get out and about. HUGs can provide companionship, stimulate imagination and conversation…. and giggles!

It can also encourage conversation, storytelling and reminiscence activities which help the person feel connected, valued and loved.
