Shipping Information 

·                     Standard delivery via courier  

o        Individual HUG – £4.95 (Ex VAT) 

o        Care Home Pack – From £15.95 (Ex VAT) ** 

**Price dependant on size of care home pack ordered and will be calculated at checkout 

·                     Delivered within 3 – 4 working days from despatch 

·                     Order tracking available via the shipment confirmation email we’ll send once it has been despatched 

·                     A signature may be required 

Shipping Restrictions 

·                     Currently, we only ship within the UK 

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are completely satisfied with your HUG. However, if for any reason you are not, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.  


We have a 14 day returns policy. If 14 days have elapsed since the date of receipt, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. You must notify us by email of your return and a returns note will be sent to you. This must be completed and returned with the parcel.  

You have a right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your purchase. This fourteen day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing within fourteen working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund. 

Parcels are returned at your own cost and all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see shipping information for approximate shipping costs. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by HUG by LAUGH Ltd. Receipt will be confirmed via email. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned therefore we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Please take extra care to read the product care instructions included with your HUG. We cannot accept a return if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear, misuse or accident. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once we have received your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, followed by a confirmation email.
